Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree to appoint Major-General Kamo Vardanyan first deputy commander, chief of NKR defense army staff, releasing him from the post of commander of a military unit.

By another decree, Colonel Michael Arzumanyan was appointed commander of N military unit of Artsakh defense army.

Artsakh President also signed a decree to appoint Colonel Vachagan Nersisyan commander of NKR defense army’s a military unit, signing a five-year term contract with him, Central Information Department at NKR President's Office reported.
