  Paper says OSCE MG planning Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting November 23, 2012 - 10:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd daily, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs are planning to organize another meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents in late December. In all probability, the meeting will be held in Paris, with new proposals on Nagorno Karabakh conflict resolution expected on the agenda. After exchanging ideas on problem settlement with Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan, they will arrive in Yerevan Nov 23, to be followed by a visit to Baku Nov 26, the paper says.
