December 22, 2012 - 13:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage is the sole opposition force to have announced a clear decision on joining the presidential race, party member said. “Heritage leader Raffi Hovannissian is the only presidential candidate to issue a challenge to the ruling authorities,” Zaruhi Postanjyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Asked if Heritage believes the authorities’ pledges to conduct free, fair and transparent polls, she said. “I believe only in actions.” Heritage congress is ongoing in Yerevan, with party’s young members currently delivering speeches.
