Paper says ANC bloc’s transformation into party discussed

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, the transformation of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc into a political party has been put on the ANC agenda.

The idea came to the bloc leader Levon Ter-Petrossian following 2012 parliamentary polls, when he instructed ANC member Gagik Jhangiryan to study the legislative field to offer a proper solution to the problem, the paper says.

However, the transformation is likely to generate a number of new problems, such as the inclusion of the bloc members into the new party, the daily says.
