The idea came to the bloc leader Levon Ter-Petrossian following 2012 parliamentary polls, when he instructed ANC member Gagik Jhangiryan to study the legislative field to offer a proper solution to the problem, the paper says. However, the transformation is likely to generate a number of new problems, such as the inclusion of the bloc members into the new party, the daily says.
