  Armenian, Azeri FMs had working meeting – expert January 30, 2013 - 14:24 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A political expert stressed the importance of retaining OSCE Minsk Group format, with Azerbaijan taking every effort to bring Turkey into Karabakh settlement negotiations. As Hrant Melik-Shanazaryan told a news conference, the meeting between Armenian and Azeri Foreign Ministers was solely a working one. Commenting on the opening of Stepanakert airport, the expert noted that as President Serzh Sargsyan earlier stated, the airport will definitely be put into operation.
