Ruben Tovmasyan further noted it senseless to nominate a candidate due to incumbent president’s privileges, adding that the situation will remain unchanged following the Feb 19 polls. Dwelling on the hike in gas prices, Iskandaryan said the change also affected other countries importing Russian gas.
