PACE OBSERVERS TO ARRIVE IN YEREVAN FEBRUARY 17

PanARMENIAN.Net - An observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will arrive in Yerevan February 17. As reported by "Mediamax" agency, along with OSCE observers, PACE representatives will monitor presidential elections in Armenia planned February 19. PACE observers will meet with candidates for president, representatives of non-governmental organizations and media.
