Armenian FM: international community, Baku at cross purposes

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan rejects OSCE Minsk Group proposals, with a mandate for peaceful settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Armenian Foreign Minister said.

As Edward Nalbandian noted in interview with Austrian media agency, Baku rejects the efforts aimed at building confidence between the conflicting parties.

“High-ranking officials of Azerbaijan advocate intolerance and war, give hero welcomes to murderers and threaten to cut off ears of advocates of peace and dialogue,” Armenian Minister said, adding that the misunderstanding between Baku and international community keeps growing, with United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) forum ongoing in Vienna.
