Wings of Tatev aerial tramway not to function March 4-14![]() March 4, 2013 - 18:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The world’s longest reversible aerial tramway Wings of Tatev won’t be functioning on March 4-14, with Doppelmayr-Garaventa specialists to conduct an annual inspection and maintenance work. “The tramway management offers apology for the inconvenience caused,” director Vahan Meliksetyan’s announcement reads. The aerial tramway spans 5,7 km, the highest point is 330 meters. It takes 11 min from the village Halidzor to the famous medieval Tatev monastery.
