Jordan closes border crossing with Syria amid fighting

PanARMENIAN.Net - Jordan closed its main border crossing with Syria on Monday, March 25 after two days of fighting there between Syrian rebel fighters and Syrian troops, Jordan's information minister said, according to Reuters.

"The border post is effectively closed because there have been clashes since yesterday and they are continuing," Samih Maaytah told Reuters.
