Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian in an interview with the Suddeutsche Zeitung German newspaper said that "recognition of Kosovo independence may be a positive sign for Armenians of Karabakh." Commenting on prospects of settlement of the NK conflict after the parliamentary election in Azerbaijan November 6, Oskanian said, "If Baku does not display a realistic position, there will be no solution." "Baku should recognize NK right to self-determination," the Armenian FM said.
