Arman Saghatelyan appointed Armenian president’s spokesman

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Armen Arzumanyan from the post of the presidential spokesman. President Sargsyan signed another decree to appoint Arman Saghatelyan to the post, presidential press service reported.
