Special Envoy of OSCE Chairman-in-Office visits defense ministry![]() April 18, 2013 - 12:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of Armenian defense ministry’s defense policy department Levon Ayvazyan met on April 17 with the Special Envoy of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrey Deshitsa, with head of OSCE Yerevan Office, Ambassador Andrey Sorokin and Ukrainian ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta present. Regional security and Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement were in the focus of the discussion, with the need to continue efforts under the auspices of the OSCE mutually stressed. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
