Counting of Votes Over in All of 1966 Constituencies

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Armenian Central Electoral Commission (CEC) completed the counting of votes in all of 1966 constituencies. According to the CEC, 1 513 541 out of 2 317 317 voters took part in the constitutuonal referendum. 1 411 791 (93.3%) said "yes" to the constitutional amendments. 82 159 (5.4%) voted against. 20 360 ballots were declared invalid. To note, the RA CEC must announce the preliminary returns of the referendum no later than 28 hours after the completion of the voting, that is at midnight.
