Presentation of Two Books about NATO Held in Yerevan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the Atlantic Association of Armenia (AAA) presented two books about the structure of the NATO. During the presentation AAA Director General Tevan Poghosyan noted that Armenia is slowly but firmly approaching the NATO. The books titled "The North Atlantic Treaty Organization" and "NATO and the Euro-Atlantic Cooperation" are meant for schoolchildren and students. T. Poghosyan noted that the AAA tried to furnish impartial and popular information about the NATO. For his part U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Anthony Godfrey reminded that the Armenian government decided to deepen cooperation with the NATO. In his words, the society lacks objective information about the Alliance and the books will help to fill in the gap, reported Mediamax.
