Book titled “Cultural Heritage of Aghtamar” published in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin has released Dr. Karen Matevosyan’s “Cultural Heritage of Aghtamar” publication.

The book presents historical details of Aghtamar island, with Church of the Holy Cross built during he reign of King Gagik Artsruni, over hundred manuscripts and other cultural values of Aghtamar part of the island’s vast cultural heritage.

Dr. Matevosyan’s “Cultural heritage of Aghtamar” book is intended for history and culture experts. It features photos of Hrayr Baze, Tatevik Melkonyan, and copies of photos provided by Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts.
