  MP urges to toughen law on illegal weapon possession. June 11, 2013 - 20:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The leader of Heritage parliamentary group Ruben Hakobyan urged to toughen the law on illegal weapon possession. During his speech in parliament he slammed the authorities’ indifferent approach in the face of aggressiveness. “Why can’t we disarm those who pose threat to peaceful civilians?” he questioned. “We’re well aware that there’s a group of people who actually carry arms and may use them to settle personal scores,” he stressed. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
