ANCA Member Howard Kaloogian for U.S. Congress

PanARMENIAN.Net - Upon the resignation of former Congressman Duke Cunningham, Howard Kaloogian who served as Assemblyman for Northern San Diego County in 1994-2000 has officially announced his candidacy for the 50th congressional district. Howard Kaloogian has been a successful businessman, educator, attorney and conservative political leader. He has developed a national following with his dedication to public service and his keen and insightful analysis of current events. Assemblyman Kaloogian made history as Chairman of the Recall Gray Davis Committee, an effort which ousted Democrat Governor Gray Davis from office. In 2004 Howard Kaloogian ran for Senate but failed with 11% of votes. To note, Mr. Kaloogian is a member of the Armenian National Committee of America, reported RFE/RL.
