NKR President's Advisor for Foreign Policy Arman Melikian considers that it's too early to speak of the outcomes of the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents to be held February 10-11 in Paris. "Everything depends on the proposals that will be discussed during the Paris talks. If they are admissible for the people of Karabakh it will be possible to speak of signing agreements. If they are not, we (Armenia and NKR) will not sign anything," said Melikian in a conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
