RA Defense Minister Doesn't Know What Is Hidden behind Ilham Aliyev's Plans

PanARMENIAN.Net - When commenting on the upcoming meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Paris, Secretary of the Security Council at the RA President, Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan stated that "if it were not the recent statement by the Azerbaijani FM something could be expected of the meeting." "As a matter of fact, these statements were odd," Serge Sargsyan said. To remind, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov stated that "Baku cannot compromise and tries to use various arguments." When asked why Baku does not prepare the society for the settlement of the Karabakh conflict the RA Defense Minister said, "There are two ways to form public opinion - direct and indirect. Possibly Azerbaijan has chosen the indirect one. Even after signing of an agreement they will insist they won. I do not know what is hidden behind Ilham Aliyev's plans", reported IA Regnum.
