CIS MISSION TO OBSERVE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS IN ARMENIA LAUNCHED IN YEREVANJanuary 22, 2003 - 21:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A long-term mission of the CIS executive committee to monitor the presidential elections in Armenia started work in Yerevan. During February it will observe the electoral race and the vote itself. First deputy CIS executive secretary Dmitry Bulakhov heads the group of 7 observers representing the countries of the Commonwealth.
