Liverpool FC has closed an agreement on a transfer of Armenia and Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

According to sport-express.ru, the English Premier League football club will make an official offer in the days to come, with a transfer sum agreed at around 30 million euro.

Currently in Yerevan, the midfielder will soon be leaving for Liverpool to join his new team.

Manchester City, Chelsea, Juventus, Atlético Madrid, Zenit Saint Petersburg and Anzhi Makhachkala were among the cubs vying for Mkhitaryan.
