  Artsakh marks Fallen Patriots Day June 29, 2013 - 14:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited Stepanakert Memorial Complex on the Day of Fallen Patriots and laid a wreath at the monument to freedom fighters. The Head of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Harutyunyan, and other officials partook at the event, Central Information Department at Artsakh Republic President reported.
