Prevention of Barbarism in Nakhichevan Was Possible in 1919 Only

PanARMENIAN.Net - The destruction of the Armenian khachkars in Old Djulfa in Nakhichevan was unavoidable, Armenian political scientist Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net "Now we can appeal to all the international structures but we are late.
