ARMENIAN AND KUWAITI FOREIGN MINISTRIES SIGNED MEMORANDUM ON MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING

PanARMENIAN.Net - A memorandum on mutual understanding is signed by the foreign ministries of Armenia and Kuwait. As reported by the press service of the Armenian foreign ministry, deputy foreign minister of Armenia Ruben Shugarian, who heads the Armenian delegation visiting Kuwait, Oman and the United Arab Emirates, signed the document. The delegation members hold meetings with representatives of the foreign ministries and the Armenian communities of these countries.
