Russian, U.S. defense officials plan meeting to settle differences November 29, 2013 - 19:12 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Senior defense officials from Russia and the United States will meet next week in a bid to settle differences in military affairs, the Russian envoy to the meeting said on Friday, Nov 29, according to RIA Novosti. Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov told journalists he will meet U.S. Under Secretary of Defense for Policy James Miller in New York on Dec 6.
