Russian, U.S. defense officials plan meeting to settle differences

PanARMENIAN.Net - Senior defense officials from Russia and the United States will meet next week in a bid to settle differences in military affairs, the Russian envoy to the meeting said on Friday, Nov 29, according to RIA Novosti.

Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov told journalists he will meet U.S. Under Secretary of Defense for Policy James Miller in New York on Dec 6.

Antonov expressed hope the meeting will “produce positive results and we will be able to move forward and settle the differences that exist between our states.”
