Armenian Defense Ministry says Azerbaijan plots provocations

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan is deliberately creating tensions at the border area and is trying to prepare the ground for future provocations, Armenian Defense Ministry’s spokesman said.

“We are calling on Azerbaijan to involve international mediators in the investigation of the incident,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan said, when commenting on Azeri media reports claiming that “as a result of ceasefire violation by the Armenian armed forces, an Azerbaijani serviceman was killed” on Monday, March 17.

Spokesman for the Nagorno Karabakh defense army senor Hasratyan also dismissed the Azeri reports as a lie.
