"Are You Here", a film by AMC's "Mad Men" creator Matthew Wiener, releases its first trailer. It offers a glimpse of friendship between a weatherman, played by Owen Wilson, and a good-for-nothing man, played by Zach Galifianakis, AceShowbiz said.
It opens with Wilson making an inappropriate joke while reading the weather forecast and then Galifianakis trying to reach him pass the security. Apparently Galifianakis needs support from his childhood friend when news of his father's death comes. Enter Amy Poehler as Galifianakis' sister who is not too keen on the idea of her brother inheriting their father's house and business.
According to the synopsis, "Are You Here" is a contemporary adult comedy about family, friendship, money, and the people who keep it all afloat. "Every time I think you're crazy, along comes the justice system," Wilson says to his best friend at the end of the trailer.
Weiner directed the pic from a self-written script. The movie arrives in U.S. theaters August 22.
