CRIMINAL GROUP FORGING HEYDAR ALIYEV'S SIGNATURE REVEALED IN AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri law-enforcement bodies have revealed a criminal group engaged in forging the signature of president Heydar Aliyev. As reported by "Mediamax" agency, using the fake documents allegedly certifying a decree on forming of a militia control committee signed by the president, the criminals extorted large amounts of money from local businessmen.
