Oskanian-Mammadyarov Meeting in Paris - First Move to Rapprochement

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Oskanian-Mammadyarov talks are the first move towards rapprochement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict parties after the presidential meeting in Bucharest, Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan told reporters. In his words, the necessity of new moves for rapprochement has emerged after the Bucharest meeting of Robert Kocharian and Ilham Aliyev while the meeting of the FMs became the first attempt. "The Foreign Ministers try to reach agreement on the issues the president failed to settle," the Premier said, reported Interfax.
