Oskanian: Discussions with Mammadyarov Were Useful

PanARMENIAN.Net - The purpose of the meeting with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister was to find extra contact points on a number of issues the President failed to come to an agreement on, Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told RFE/RL. "I do not think we succeeded, but the talks were useful and they will be continued," he remarked. When commenting on the possibility of a new meeting of the Presidents of two states, the RA FM said, "If the positions of the parties do not come closer such meeting will not make sense. I cannot foretell, the Presidents will decide themselves. At the ministerial level additional meetings will be organized, I suppose."
