Leadership School hosts lecture on business ethics![]() October 31, 2014 - 16:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian presented the principles of business administration to the students of the Leadership School. “One should follow business ethics in order to succeed. Our growth depends on the policy of using business ethics as a management tool. The art of administration lies at the heart of the system of values formed in VivaCell-MTS. It presupposes applying a flexible strategy, providing a healthy working environment, forming respect and trust between employer and employees, appreciating the role of the employees, respecting their rights and striving for growth,” Yirikian said. He also dwelled on the importance of gaining respect through business administration and earning a good reputation.
