The students had a chance to talk with the company’s staff and have a practical course by presenting their ideas to modify the operator’s “Yes” tariff plan. They were briefed on VivaCell-MTS creation history, with General Manager Ralph Yirikian presenting his vision of effective management. The guests also toured the company to witness the activity of the Commuting Center, Call Center and Service Center. “It is important to share the experience and practical skills accumulated during the years of work with the young generation. This can be achieved through giving them a chance to express their thoughts during discussions,” Yirikian said. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
