As Aysor.am reports citing the village administration head Artur Madatyan, “it was definitely a sniper fire.” “The incident took place near the village’s reservoir, which is located near to the Azeri positions,” Madatyan said. “The man was wounded in both legs and the fire didn’t stop when the villagers were trying to help him.
