French-language teaser for Saint-Exupéry-based "The Little Prince" (video)  December 16, 2014 - 16:53 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - The French-language teaser for Mark Osborne’s adaptation of The Little Prince shows off the movie’s appealing mixture of CGI and stop-motion animation in the adaptation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s famed novella, Entertainment Weekly said. The movie’s framing device in which an older man tells the story of le petit prince to a young girl exists in CGI, while the prince is represented in stop-motion, which recalls the Saint-Exupéry’s indelible illustrations. The effect is visually stunning, and, based on the teaser’s soundtrack, appropriately melancholy. Though this trailer is exclusively in French, the English-language voice cast includes Albert Brooks, James Franco, Jeff Bridges, and Rachel McAdams.
