Azeri commando group destroyed in Armenian border sabotage attempt

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri commando group attempted another subversion in the direction of Armenian military positions deployed near the city of Berd, Tavush province on Jan 24 afternoon. On spotting the Azeri saboteurs, Armenian troops engaged in a fight, destroying the commando group in its entirety.

No losses were reported on Armenian side, Defense Ministry spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan said in his Facebook post.

At present, the situation is calm, with Armenian defense army fully controlling the situation.
