Company CEO Jason Chen pledged his support to Microsoft's mobile operating system during a recent press conference, Digital Spy reports citing DigiTimes. With Microsoft recently confirming that Windows Phone will be swallowed up by Windows 10, Acer's new devices are expected to run the new operating system. Chen revealed that Acer will continue to focus on entry-level smartphones and concentrate on expanding into new territories. He also confirmed that a big-name technology company has expressed interest in buying Acer's mobile phone business, but noted that a sale is unlikely at present.
