  Russian President Signs Decree to Award Friendship Order to Armenian CatholicosAugust 8, 2006 - 14:16 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on awarding Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II with Friendship Order. The Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II is awarded for large contribution to development and strengthening friendly relations between Russia and Armenia, reports the Kremlin Press Service.
