PSRC approves sale of Hrazdan power plantOctober 9, 2015 - 16:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Public Services Regulatory Commisssion (PSRC) of Armenia at a meeting on Friday, October 9, unanimously approved the sale of 100% shares of Hrazdan Energy Company, ARKA reports. “PSRC applied to Inter RAO on September 22, notifying about its intention to sell the 100% shares of Hrazdan Energy Company to Liormand Holdings Limited. Hrazdan Power Plant issued a similar appeal on September 28,” the head of Legal and Licensing Department of PSRC, Seda Shahinyan said.
