As reported by "Zerkalo" Azeri newspaper, Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Nikolay Ryabov told journalists yesterday. In his words, the date of the meeting has been preliminary fixed for July, however "some discrepancies impeded its realization". As N. Ryabov considers, just after the meeting of the special representatives the possibility of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairmen's visit to the region will be taken up. Commenting on the violations of the cease-fire regime, which became more frequent at the Armenian-Azeri frontier lately, N. Ryabov noted that these facts arouse anxiety of Russia as the OSCE Minsk group state-co-chairman. Russia calls the parties to show the highest possible restraint, moreover that during many years they demonstrated capability to preserve armistice, the ambassador stated.
