Qatar Airways launching Yerevan-Doha flights in 2016

PanARMENIAN.Net - Qatar Airways is launching Yerevan-Doha regular flights in 2016.

Armenia International Airports CJSC and Qatar Airways have successfully completed negotiations which intensified following Etihad Airlines’ announcement on suspension of flights to Armenia.

Qatar Airlines, named the Best Airline of the Year for three consecutive years, has chosen Armenia as one of its new destinations in 2015.

Qatar Airways is one of the largest air companies in the Middle East, operating flights to over 140 destinations. Its fleet is equipped with more than 340 modern aircraft, including Airbus A350, Airbus A380-800, Boeing 777-200, Boeing 777-300, and Boeing 787-8 (Dreamliner) among others.

Doha International Airport can be a convenient transit point for those travelling to the United States, the Middle and Far East from Armenia.
