First footage from "Game of Thrones" Season 6 lands online (video)

PanARMENIAN.Net - While the first teaser of "Game of Thrones" season 6 was released earlier this week, it had no new footage. But fans can now get a glimpse of the upcoming installment of the hit series as first footage from the sixth season is included in the newly debuted promo for HBO's 2016 programming, AceShowbiz reports.

In a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, there's a shot of a disheveled Dany looking worried. Ramsay Bolton is seen riding a horse in a battlefield while Cersei, with her new short hair, is hugging Tommen.

The said promo video also shares glimpses of new seasons of other shows such as "Veep" and "Girls" as well new series "Divorce" starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Martin Scorsese's "Vinyl" and Lyndon B. Johnson movie "All the Way" starring Bryan Cranston.

The sixth season of "Game of Thrones" premieres April 2016 on HBO.
