It is Possible to Combine Self-Determination and Territorial Integration Principles

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Helsinki Final Act is a fundamental bases for security and relationship in Europe and it defines different principles, including principles of territorial integrity and the right of people for self-determination, said Peter Semneby, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus.
