Georgi Kutoyan appointed chief of National Security Service

PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree Friday, February 12, relieving deputy public prosecutor Georgi Kutoyan of his post and appointing him the chief of the National Security Service.

In the meantime, NSS chief Gorik Hakobyan was relieved of his duties and named an adviser to the President.
