OSCE Mission to conduct monitoring of Karabakh contact line![]() March 1, 2016 - 11:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission will conduct Wednesday, March 2 a planned monitoring of the line of contact between the Nagorno Karabakh Republic and Azerbaijan in Askeran direction. From the positions of the NKR Defense Army, the monitoring will be conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and his Field Assistants Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic) and Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine), as well as by Personal Assistant to the Personal Representative of the CiO Simon Tiller (Great Britain). The NKR authorities have expressed readiness to assist the OSCE Mission members in conducting the monitoring and ensure their safety. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
