Russia thinks Kocharian-Aliyev meeting necessary

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Russia, as the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair, rates the Kocharian-Aliyev meeting as a necessity. Presently it's hard to speak of the date but Russia hopes that the meeting will take place as soon as possible," said Russian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasiliy Istratov. The Ambassador also voiced hope for progress in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement talks, reports APA.
