 VivaCell-MTS unveils AMD 5 roaming tariff for Artsakh calls April 4, 2016 - 11:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS announced that starting April 2, 2016, the tariffs of roaming in 374 97 network for incoming and outgoing calls to Armenian networks and local destinations is reduced to AMD 5 per minute. The same tariff applies to SMS messages in the same directions. The announced tariff will stay in force until further notice.
