There are little signs in normalizing Armenian-Turkish relations, which allow us to look at the future with optimism, stated German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier at the joint press conference in Yerevan. In his part Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian underlined, currently there is some relationship with Turkey on ministerial level. "But official Yerevan's stance, which was sounded by President Robert Kocharian, remains the same. We are ready to normalize relations with Turkey in all levels without preconditions. All disputed issues between the two countries can be solved after establishing diplomatic relations through inter-governmental commission," Oskanian underscored.
