OSCE PA restates support for Minsk Group format in Karabakh conflictMay 3, 2016 - 16:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Use of force in Nagorno Karabakh is unacceptable; the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly fully supports the Minsk Group mediation in the conflict, president of the Parliamentary Assembly Ilkka Kanerva said.
