At the meeting, the Ministers discussed steps for overcoming the consequences of large-scale military actions unleashed by Azerbaijan against Nagorno Karabakh. In this context, the parties stressed the importance of the unconditional implementation of the trilateral ceasefire and ceasefire consolidation agreements of 1994-1995, which have no time limitations, as well as the establishment of mechanisms for investigating ceasefire violations.
